During our call, I’m all ears to your story, and we’ll work together on finding out what will work best for you moving forward. After, I’ll create a personalised treatment plan (completely tailored to you) and send over some extra resources. Plus, we'll schedule a quick 20-minute follow-up call to cover any questions you may have.

Then we will set a date for our first 60 minute deep dive session which following I will create your personalised treatment plan, send over extra resources, and my whats app for day to day support anytime you have any questions or concerns. We will meet approximately every two weeks to check in and see what’s working, and hopefully notice some improvements. I’ll be your own personal cheerleader hehe
