All the juicy deets, from your poop to your s3x drive to how heavy your periods are (nothing is taboo here) That way, we can really dive into things when we chat.

    During our call, I’m all ears to your story, and we’ll work together on finding out what will work best for you moving forward. After, I’ll create a personalised treatment plan (completely tailored to you) and send over some extra resources. Plus, we'll schedule a quick 20-minute follow-up call to cover any questions you may have.

We will meet approximately every two weeks to check in and see what’s working, and hopefully notice some improvements. I’ll be your own personal cheerleader hehe
